Mediterranean cruising is one of the most chosen areas for going on a cruise these days. Some people like to go on a world cruise which does take a long time.

In fact, to get the best out of it you can take years to do it properly rather than months or weeks. Most of us do not have that length of time to take our vacation so we opt for something simpler such as western mediterranean cruises.

This gives us the flexibility of spending anything from a few days up to a couple of weeks if we have to fit it in with our annual holiday.

The Med is technically a part of the Atlantic Ocean although it is rarely thought of that way. It is an enormous sea with an area of about two and a half million square kilometers. (more…)

- Inland Transportation

- Containerized Service

- Boat Shipping Cradles

Now you must be asking yourself what the differences are. Well take a look at these explanations

Roll on Roll off (RO-RO)

Roll-on / Roll-off service is the most commonly used boat transport method for vessels that do not exceed specific size restrictions. After being placed on a trailer, the boat is towed onto the carrier and stored securely in the belly of the ship, which becomes much like an enclosed floating parking lot. Roll-on/ Roll-off service is cost-effective and ensures that your boat is safe from salt water and other elements by storing it inside the carrier. This boat transport method is also quick and convenient, as the boats are simply driven off the ship once they reach their destination. (more…)
