Bus cards

If you’re planning to travel around the city a lot then a bus card is a must. In Ljubljana buses cost 1 euro a ride for adults with no difference in distance traveled. However there is an alternative.

Slovenes who travel by bus every day usually get a bus card. Bus cards can be brought for a month period or there is a top up option much like a Oyster Card in London.
